The Pentax Imaging Company just announced the new Optio WS80 camera against the range of other durable digital cameras. The Optio WS80 is available in two highlighting bold designs, his and hers designs, which are also dustproof and waterproof, making it the perfect choice for travelers and adventure freaks. The mobile is just perfect for families and people enjoying an adventurous outdoor life frequently. The camera features a 10 megapixel CCD, 5X optical zoom (internal) that is all designed stylishly in a compact palm sized, slim body. Moreover, the camera is surprisingly slim, just about half an inch thick and also has a huge 2.7 inch LCD. The LCD of the camera includes 230,000 dot resolution for its easy perfect and easy composition.

This waterproof camera with its unique designing and construction can withstand depths to even five feet (about 1.6 meters). The camera can also capture quality underwater pictures and videos with higher resolutions. The Optio WS80 camera with its widescreen video captures upto 720p at 30 frames per second, giving out a good quality of video.
