It doesn’t take more than one or two good photos of brides to convert this once in a lifetime event into a memorable one for the life time. But it does take effort to finding the right person who can take those photos of brides. Usually, people hire professional photographers to take their wedding photos be is bride photo or bridesmaid photos.

But as photographic technologies advanced, it is becoming more and more beneficial to have a neophyte taking the wedding photos, as no one wants to risk this event. With the latest digital technology, even a neophyte can see right away if the photograph taken came out perfectly, needs the lighting changed, or the needs heads in it.

When you hire a professional wedding photographer, you usually get good wedding photos. You will get mostly posed photos of brides and occasional candid shots of bridesmaid photos. The professional photographer has a lot of experience so things don’t usually go wrong. You also know that with a professional photographer, you will pay dearly for each photograph.

Many people don’t really like the stiff, composed, fake smile photography traditionally done by professional photographers. While you can ask professionals to do more candid shots, they will only have so many opportunities during the wedding and it isn’t really their specialty in most cases when it comes to taking wedding bride photos.

Even before the digital photography came up, people had started to come up with creative ideas to get great bride photo. The greatest of all is to give the guests disposable cameras to take pictures as they see them. Then the groom and bride can sort through an array of pictures and as incentive give special recognition to the takers of the wedding photos they cherish.

Now, with digital cameras so inexpensive, and most everybody owning one or knowing someone who will lend them one, it is not so hard to get great wedding pictures for next to nothing.

Typically, just about every family will have someone with at least an amateur interest in digital photography who can come up with great wedding photos, so why not use that interest to save money!
